Programs

When working with Lindow Leadership, you'll find your dental practice is about more than just happy patients and clean teeth. We'll help you analyze how your office is run, your patient retention, your internal marketing and more. To help you grow the business you love, we'll teach you to be successful using the Triangle of Success.

First, we evaluate how your existing office operates and what plans are actually implemented daily.

Using this data we develop a strategy that will work for your office because it is customized for you and your team.

Then we meet with your entire team to present the framework of your plan.

Finally, we guide you and your team every step of the way and stay with you to hold them and you accountable.

triangle of success
triangle of success Successful owners are able to blend three components. All three of these areas must have your attention in order to drive your goals and vision. It is important to have a balance in each area and concentrate on all three areas of your dental practice:
  • Wealth Accumulation Goals
    • How much $ do you want at age 55?
    • Build a new office?
    • Associate added? Partner? Stay solo?
    • Number of chairs to support wealth accumulation, support Lifestyle
    • Protected with Disability and Life Insurance
    • Retirement plan
    • Proper Tax Planning Strategies
    • Income Sheltering
  • Management System
    • Financial
    • Scheduling
    • Morning Prep
    • Meetings
    • Staff training
    • Review all data
    • Org. Chart
  • Clinical philosophy
    • New Person Experience
    • Perio Protocol
    • Reintroduction (patients falling out of trx plan)
    • New technology to enhance philosophy
    • Continuing education

Internal Marketing

  • The Process: create an interaction between you and the patient that is professional, simple and unique.
  • Each existing patient is worth at least $750.00 dollars/year.
  • Patient Re-Introduction Program
  • The most effective way to market your practice. What verbal skills do you need? How do you go about it?

Challenges

What will your challenges be in establishing a more management and systems based office? To be sure, your greatest challenge will be for your staff to accept change even though they want you to change.

Remember that efficiency does not equal effectiveness. You and your staff work hard, but are you effective?
  • Do you send out more than 50 statements a month?
  • Is your accounts receivable owed to you and the practice greater than 75% of your monthly production?
  • Are you seeing 16 new patients a month? (Not including emergencies and children)
  • Is your daily schedule too fluid, with several cancellations and no shows, forcing your staff to scramble to fill the schedule?
  • Remember what gets scheduled must be diagnosed first. Are you getting excellent case acceptance?
  • How are your insurance write offs?
  • When is the last time you added a day of hygiene to your schedule?
  • Would you like to be able to afford new equipment?
  • Do you need to add an associate or a hygienist?

These are all day to day challenges that must be standardized and monitored for an effective dental business model. You must be able to communicate for the entire team to accept responsibility for their own areas. Each person must contribute, even if that means exiting your comfort zone. When we create this revised management structure, it can lead to something very significant if we all work together.
